An awesome and productive day today, kicking off with some rower intervals , then a full day of check ins, finishing off with a full body session and 30 min bike ride.
.
Running, rowing, cycling and walking.  All tools I will be using for this photoshoot prep.
.
All involve getting outside which will not only benefit me physically, but mentally as well #VitaminN.
.
I challenged my clients to a 8 week challenge today.  Setting a goal with a timeframe which will help keep them more focused and accountable during this lockdown.  Excited to see how they get on .

And keep your eyes peeled for both mine and @lewisgrahampt 8 week fat loss transformation challenge which will be starting the 2nd week of June.  More information will be out Monday where we start registration.  We will love for you to join us .

Anyway, first week of this 10 week prep nearly complete.  Nothing too difficult at the moment, but it will get harder as we go along.  Good.

healthylifestyle Herb and garlic infused focaccia.
I decided to follow the trend and try the focaccia garden, I felt like a kid in a arts competition  no doubt it was super fun to make but whats better is it was easy and delicious, tastes just like pizza so we made it into exactly that! After the pretty photos were taken I spread the garden ingredients all around and topped with mozzarella and bocconcini. Delicious !!

1. Only a few very specialised careers requires mandatory education (e.g. doctors, therapist, dentist). 2. From ROIs point of view, it sets you back a few years of saving and time.

3. If you are to become an entrepreneur or free-lancer, degrees become even less necessary. Rapport with customer, your value proposition, and track record are more important.

Classroom teaching is never quite the same as real life experience. So, how can you obtain the knowledge and skills without having to go to school? Here are a few ideas: 
1) short classes, free or paid: YouTube videos, evening classes, you can be trained as a programmer or visual designer within 3-6 months in bootcamp. 
2) learn by doing: can you already practice your skills alone or with close friends or family? e.g. offer your friends new design proposal of their house?  be the photographer at your friends wedding? 
3) offer your service on a voluntay or discounted basis to start-ups, charity, or SMEs. 
The key here is to be creative and agile. Going back to school should be the last resort.
