soulfood I made this yummie smoothie in my online workshop today 😋😋😋 and wow it was great!!! Here is the recipe :⁣

Nut Butter, Blue Berry and Veggie  Smoothie⁣
Serves 1 to 2 ⁣
⁣
Ingredients:⁣
O. 5 frozen banana⁣
O. 25 tsp cinnamon⁣
O. 75 cup frozen blue berries⁣
O. 5 cup pumpkin or sweet potato cooked /mashed⁣
1.5 Tbsp nut butter⁣
1. 5 cup nut milk ⁣
3 ice cubes⁣
5 dates⁣
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)are ⁣

soulfood Ihr habt die Zeit zu Hause gut genutzt und schon alle Rezeptbücher durchgekocht? Wie wäre es dann mit etwas Neuem, wie zum Beispiel unserer veganen Gemüse-Tarte? 🤤 
Alles was ihr dafür braucht: 🔶3 EL kaltes Wasser 🔶1 TL Salz 🔶165 g kalte Bio-Margarine (vegan) 🔶225 g Mehl 🔶1/2 Aubergine 🔶1 Zucchini 🔶2 Karotten geschält 
Salz, Mehl und Butter vermischen und den Teig mit etwas Wasser verkneten. Ca. 30 Minuten kühlen lassen. Gemüse in lange Streifen schneiden. Teig dünn ausrollen, zusammenrollen und in die Form legen. Boden einstechen, Hummus auf dem Teigboden verteilen, Gemüse rollen und auf den Boden setzen. Ca. 50 Min. bei ca. 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze backen. Im Kochbuch #youdeservethis von @pamgoesnuts habe ich ein Rezept für ein Qinoa-Porridge gefunden. 🤩 Schmeckt bisschen wie Milchreis, macht lange satt und ist Ultra lecker. Natürlich kann man auch gebratenes Obst als Topping verwenden, aber bei dem Wetter passt frisches Obst fast noch besser. 🥰

Perfektes Frühstück am Wochenende 🤩 wer sieht es genauso? Hier mit Heidelbeeren und Vanilleeis 🍦🤤 Wer die Frenchtoast auch gerne mal zuhause nachmachen möchte: 🍦4 Scheiben (Vollkorn-) Toast
🍦1 Ei 🍦Brauner Zucker 🍦Eis nach Wahl
🍦Früchte nach Wahl

Nach Bedarf:
🍦Nutella
🍦Mascarpone

Die Rinde vom Toast lösen und den Toast mit einem Nudelholz platt rollen. 
Nach Belieben die Toasts bestreichen und mit Früchten belegen. Die Toasts anschließend zu einer Rolle formen und im gequirlten Ei wälzen. Wenn gewünscht, dann ebenfalls im braunen Zucker wälzen. 
Mit etwas Butter in der Pfanne anbraten. Anschließend mit Eis servieren 🤤

Frenchtoast 🥞 Perfektes Frühstück am Wochenende 🤩 wer sieht es genauso? Hier mit Heidelbeeren und Vanilleeis 🍦🤤 Wer die Frenchtoast auch gerne mal zuhause nachmachen möchte: 🍦4 Scheiben (Vollkorn-) Toast 🍦1 Ei 🍦Brauner Zucker 🍦Eis nach Wahl 🍦Früchte nach Wahl Nach Bedarf: 🍦Nutella 🍦Mascarpone Die Rinde vom Toast lösen und den Toast mit einem Nudelholz platt rollen. Nach Belieben die Toasts bestreichen und mit Früchten belegen. Die Toasts anschließend zu einer Rolle formen und im gequirlten Ei wälzen. Wenn gewünscht, dann ebenfalls im braunen Zucker wälzen. Mit etwas Butter in der Pfanne anbraten. Steam the broccoli, just the flowers, the rest is going to be used in the next days, cook the lentils, cut and wash the salade leaves, if you don’t like it to bitter, wash them in lukewarm water, that takes of the bitterness a bit. Slice the onion very thin and devide the pieces, so it mixes well and you not gonna have a onion only bite. Heat the aceto balsamico and let it reduce to a third of the amount you had in the beginning. Let the lentils and broccoli cool down a bit than mix all the ingredients, season with salt‘n‘peppa. Enjoy!

soulfood Caramelle baci chorizo 
3 eggs
260 gr flour
40 gr semola
3 Chorizo
2 Onion
1 Mozarella
Mascarpone
Parsley
tomato sauce
Aperol

Duo Chorizo Caramelle

To make the pasta, put the flour and semola into a large and make a well in the centre. Stir in the eggs  and a pinch of sal. Gradually  work into a dough. Knead for 10 minutes, then wrap in cling film and refrigirate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile,  to make the filling, peel the chorizo and dice them very thinly and fry them with an onion for 5 minutes in a frying pan. You can add a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Set aside. Divide the chorizo/onion mixture into two bowls. Add some some mascarpone to one of the bowls and mix it with a spoon (if you don’t like it chunky you can blend it until smooth)

Fill the caramelle.

For the sauce, put the oil and onions into a heavy based pan, and cook, stirring over a medium heat for  about 5 minutes. Pour in the  Aperol, let it bubble up. Add the tomatoes and let simmer for 15 minutes. Take the pan off the heat, stir in the mascarpone and the rest of both the fillings. 
Cook the caramelle.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large frying pan until melted. Add parsley and breadcrumbs (optional) and cook until the butter is browned in spots, 5-7 minutes

Drain the caramelle and add them to the butter and toss then.

Plate the caramelle with the tomatoe mascarpone sauce.

soulfood HOW I CONTINUE TO THINK AND SHOP INTENTIONALLY🌝💫
There is a lot of fear right now around money, income and finances, and I get that. 
For years, I've been in the mindset that "if I have money, I have to save it, because if I spend it, it will be gone and that will be that". I'm working on shifting that mindset, especially now. There might be uncertainty around money and when some of us might receive our next paycheque, but when it comes to energy and abundance, not much as has changed. 
Here's what I'm [continuing] to do to shift my money mindset: 
1️⃣⭐️Money is energy. I want to put my energy towards things that I want to see thrive. For me, I enjoy local and organic produce where possible, so when I shop for groceries, I mostly shop at local stores or small businesses. 
2️⃣⭐️Abundance is everywhere. I might not know what's going to happen with my income this month or next, but I know I will never be left "without". Abundance is money, but it's also energy, it's time, it's friendships, it's love, it's support, and all the little things that bring me happiness. 
3️⃣⭐️Money moves in and out, just like a wave. I'm reminding myself that when I spend money, it's gone for now, but it will come back in..and then it will go out again, and come back in again too. If I only focus on holding on and "saving", then I'm blocking the flow and the movement of money coming in as well. 
4️⃣⭐️I'm spending the money I have now on the things I desire. I'm asking myself "is there something I want right now" and then "do I have the money right now to purchase what I want"? If the answer is yes, then I'm getting it now. Because money is energy, and I want to spend my energy on the things I desire. And when I hold on to fear about how much money I'll have next week or next month, I'm taking away from my happiness in this moment. 
5️⃣⭐️Time is abundance too. Instead of focusing on the one form of abundance that might be lower than normal right now, I'm focusing on what I can do with the abundance of time I have. I'm asking myself "how can I show myself love and invest my time in something that I need in this moment"? #inentionalliving #intentionalshopping
