No one feels like doing fucking anything right now. Don’t wait til you feel like it , just get up and go through the motions NOW, you’ll feel something later on”. -

It’s true though - just ask @melrobbins . No one ever feels fucking motivated. We don’t need motivation to achieve things, we simply need to be clear on our “why”. -

Why do you want to workout? Why do you want to lose fat? Why do you want to gain muscle? Why do you want to work your Ass off at uni or within your business? -

I am so fucking clear on my why, and that’s probably why I’m able to function in the way that I am now- despite this #pandemic. -

🔑 Fear is normal, is good to a certain extent, because fear is what kept us alive and ensured our survival as a species! So please keep this in mind!

💫 I’ve been having lots of conversations & a common word keeps coming up “ Uncertainty”. Here is what I want you to know & reflect on:
.
What does certainty mean to you? A deadline for when this is all going to stop? We don’t know!
.
What we know is by practicing Physical Social Distancing, taking the hygiene & precautionary measures recommended by Health Authorities, we remain safe, protect our loved ones, & minimise the spread of the virus! Trust it will pass.
.
There are no guarantees in life! What is guaranteed to a certain extent, is what we work for & remain committed to.
.
🌸 Practicing Spirituality (or strengthening your Spiritual muscles) is of vital importance.
.
1) Dedicate time for Prayers (not out of need or fear) but from a place of Full Trust & Believe that “this too shall pass”
.
2) Give Thanks beforehand for things you want to see happening. This is the essence of faith & gratitude. Don’t just put some fleeting words for things that you were taught to be thankful for! If you find it difficult, that’s totally ok! Find things that you appreciate in life & in the world.
.
3) Detach from negative news! Be selective in the content you digest. This will have a huge impact on your Emotions! REMEMBER: E-Motions are energy in motion. They are the language of the Mind and the Universe.
.
4) If you cannot be Positive, Be NEUTRAL.
.
5) Don’t judge your Thoughts or Emotions. Examine them, understand them & let them go if they do not serve your Highest Being.
.
6) Focus on your Growth! Notice the difference between people who are still committed during those challenging times to their goals, life’s vision, personal success, their vision to becoming the Best Version of themselves & those who are relying on external circumstances to change for them to be able to change! There’s a huge difference: in the Mindset, in the Emotions, how they are carrying themselves.

wellness Quiero contarles la emocion que siento del poder ayudar a mucha gente que lo necesita, en mi post anterior, donde nos fuimos a Gatunsillo arriba (Colón) a brindarles unas palabras de aliento de ayuda, que si se puede mejorar la nutrición, y si se pueden cambiar los hábitos alimenticios, les cuento que cecilia bajo 15 lbs y editha 18 lbs, con solo  tips como 30 de actividad física diaria, no cabs en la cena, y una buena nutrición .felicidades chicas

How to do the Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)

Stand tall and straight with arms by the side of your body.
Bend your right knee and place the right foot high up on your left thigh. 
The sole of the foot should be placed flat and firmly near the root of the thigh.Make sure that your left leg is straight. 
Find your balance.Once you are well balanced, take a deep breath in, gracefully raise your arms over your head from the side, and bring your palms together in ‘Namaste’ mudra (hands-folded position). Look straight ahead in front of you, at a distant object.
 A steady gaze helps maintain a steady balance.
Ensure that your spine is straight.
 Your entire body should be taut, like a stretched elastic band.
 Keep taking in long deep breaths. With each exhalation, relax the body more and more. 
Just be with the body and the breath with a gentle smile on your face.With slow exhalation, gently bring down your hands from the sides. 
You may gently release the right leg.Stand tall and straight as you did at the beginning of the posture. Repeat this pose with the left leg off the ground on the right thigh.

It stretches the legs, back and  arms, and invigorates you.

wellness To our much-loved patients, 
We know it's been a confusing time as we have tried to navigate the rules and regulations for our practice over this period. We, like many others, have been taking it day by day.

After the week just gone, we have had to come to the difficult decision to close our doors effective immediately. We no longer feel that we can remain open. Although this decision is a heartbreaking one, we know it's the right one.

Even through all of this uncertainty, one thing we do know for certain is that the clinic doors will open again. Our director and owner, Kirsten Wolfe, is also the owner of the building. We are just so grateful that at this time we have some type of security that we know not everyone is lucky enough to have.

The exact date we reopen we can't tell you just yet. But we do know that we will absolutely be back to serve you in person once more.

Finally, we'd like to extend our hearts to all of our patients that have been affected by this crisis.
-To those that have lost their job, are struggling with reduced income or have had life plans change.
-To those who feel overwhelmed, anxious and worried and those who have been working so hard on their mental health to only feel it be diminished due to the circumstances.
-To those with loved ones that are unwell or overseas and feel so far away.

We are so sorry. We promise on our return we'll be your safe space and your sounding board.

wellness Of all the fruits, banana seems to be the most versatile and easiest ingredient to work with.
Got some over-riped bananas yesterday so I utilized them for the "holistic" banana cake recipe by @savourydaysvn. In the absence of chocolate chips (quarantine life), I made a few tweaks by reducing the amount of sugar and applying salted butter on the pan to lighten the sweetness. As a beginner/newbie to baking, I find this cake sooo simple to make yet straight up delectable.
I'd appreciate any recommendation on similar easy recipes! 💓

Of all the fruits, banana seems to be the most versatile and easiest ingredient to work with.
